where do I get brakes,clutches and parts to rebuild my tractor.

Hi Jim , where are you located? If you have a good clutch rebuilding shop in your area, they should be able to re-line or rebuild your parts. I took the rusted out steering clutch disks from my McCormick Deering T-20 Crawler to Clutch Masters in Rialto Ca. They replaced the rusted out center disk and installed new lining on both of the steering clutch disks for about $140.00. It made my practically 70 year old Crawler steer like new. Hope you can find someone in your area as good as I did, good luck.....Tom
