I have my grandfather's 1936 F-20 and it has a pair of rear F&H flat spoke wheels on it. I have not ever seen Farmalls with these particular wheels on them. On the back of the wheels, under the grease, I found some yellow paint. Farmall F-20s never came with yellow wheels. I did find some spacer plates between the hubs and the wheels. I am guessing that this was to move the spokes out so they would not hit the brake drum covers.

Does anyone have any idea what wheels these are? Could they be original AC WC wheels? Has anyone ever tried to swap wheels between these tractors? Any information will be very helpfull. I would like to return the tractor to original state, but since these are the wheels my grandfather used, I also want to keep them with the tractor.

Question,

are the flat spokes cutoff's or factory flat spokes?

the F-20, WC, and John Deere GP all had the same 6 bolt pattern and the wheels would interchange.

Jon,
Are your wheels F&H? What did the wheels that F&H made look like? I am not really sure that mine are for an AC. They have been cut down for rubber tires from presumably steel. Is there any authority on F&H wheels who could tell which wheel went on which tractor?
