Where can I find specs for an Allis model C tractor ? Hp , width , fluids / caps , general maintenance , ect ? What is the value of one totally restored in different necks of the woods ? (Narrow frnt , HYD , 6 Volt , New wiring , New paint , New tires , You get the idea) . My friends husband wants to trade for my 1984 Pontiac Grand Prix 63,275 Orig. miles , new tires,batt,alt,exh,tune-up, 2-door ,air, crus, tilt wheel,v-6,bucket,auto on floor, chrome trim, added together about a dollar size surface rust (in hidden areas , not noticeable areas). Thank You very much for your information ! Pamala

A basic old C that runs is $800. If the paint is auto quality, and tires are new, you could guess $1800-2000. some will ask a little more or less, depends on who is selling and who is buying. New engine, tires and paint add a lot. The tractor weighs about 2500 pounds and has a little over 20 horse power. This is real horse power, not the same you get in a garden tractor. The tractor is a three speed, idles about 500 rpm and has a full throttle of 1600 rpm. It will travel about 7 miles per hour. This is a good tractor with a 6 ft belly mower, 5 or 6 ft rear pull mower, or sickle mower. The hydraulics are low volume, high pressure. It is limited to pull implements due to no 3 point hitch. Makes a good field mower, or hay wagon puller, or parade tractor. This is a "general overview". I rounded off a few numbers to make it easy.
