Does this model have "live" PTO power?

In the same sense that the WD and WD45 had "live power" - the foot clutch stops everything (including hydraulics and pto), while the hand clutch - or power director as it is called for the D series - stops the tractor motion. It is possible to change gears with the power director, just requires a quick shift. We have a D15 Series II and have really enjoyed using it over the years. Great tractor.
