I need to locate front wheel weights for wide front end D-17 Series IV!!

WE needed this same thing on our D17 III 15 years ago. Could not find a good set of weights at that time. I built a steel box from 3/16 plate that sat in front of the radiator, lower 1/3 and tank area. It was about 24 inches wide, probably 12 inches front to back, and about 12 inches deep. We had scrap steel weights, bolts, etc that we piled into it. Weighed about 300 pounds. Still had room on top to put our pulling chain and a quart of spare engine oil. Painted it like tractor and it looked good. The good part is you are looking for volumn of steel, and not too important what it looks like or what it used to be. Something to think about.

I don't know if they will fit but I have a set of front wheel weights off of WD 45.
