Was there a change in the WC beginning in 1939? Based on the serial number, I think I have a 1939 model, but it looks different than the 1938 models I have seen on this site. The rear wheels are different and the decal is up high instead of on the frame.

Derek, A-C styled the "WC" in late 1938.

styled, means they rounded off the gas tank to look like at tear drop instead of a box, sculptured the sides of the hood and rounded the fenders. Look at a 1940-42 model or a WD and see if it looks like that.

Yes, it is styled. I did not know that there were styled and unstyled bodies in 1938. Ours is a 39 (confirmed from serial number).
Thanks!
