Ok, I'm 14 and going to get a Allis Chalmers, It's supposed to a Allis Chalmers 1952 model B, Is this correct? And I was wondering Where I can get an oil cap, radiater fan, hood,And a 3pt hitch aslemby? And,Does anybody know what the rear wheel width is? And I will also need a right rear wheel rim. Ok,I know I will have some more questions. I hope you all will be able to bear with me, LOL Thanks TractorMike

Steve, Thanks for the info. The guy that I am getting the tractor from Sent the starter off to get it rebuilt Because it was missing something and rain water was getting in there and locking it up, It seemed to work fine but the electrical system is going to need some work, Somebody put an chevy alternater on it, The guy that I am getting from had a wire running from the alternater to the battery, So I don't know if it charges right. It's to bad I have to wait until Wednesday to get it. oh well, TractorMike

Mike, the alternator off the chevy is a very common update. If you want original 6 volt system with positive ground for a show tractor, you will need to remove. If you want a real dependable tractor with 12 volt and "updated to 1990 version" then leave the alternator. If it dont charge we can get you a wiring diagram to make it work right on the tractor. Lots of guys change over the generator to alternator to get faster cranking speed, 12 volt battery, and more common wiring similar to your pickup truck.
