How likely would it have been for someone to purchase a '37 B with steel wheels on the back and rubber on the front?

First of all they built some 120,000 B over 20 years. However only 100 were built the first year of 1937, so they are a little harder to find. --Second the first 100 or so tractors did not come with a BE (Allis) engine, so that makes them a little more rare.
--Third, the steel was one version and was more commonduring the war, but i guess they were available in 1937 also. The front were probably steel also at one time and converted over. There was a "B" tractor on e-bay last weekend that had rear steel and front rubber that they said ran, but looked average. I thought it was a 1939 maybe. 37 would be harder to find.
