Mismatched Wheels on B

I have a B I am restoring but have a problem.
The left wheel has wheel locks but the other has loops on the rim to slide bolts through.
Any info on whats up?

That wheel may be off of a farmall A they have the loops and will bolt right on. Jonathan(JJK Tractor Salvage)

The wheel with the loops is a newer replacement wheel. I think you can get a new wheel that will use the locks from Miller Tire or some manufacturer here in Ohio. I have not seen them but was told they still do not look like the orginal wheels
