Where was the battery box originaly located on the IB? Does anyone have pictures or know where I can find pictures of the brake pedals, hand brake lever locations and, brake linkage routings on a IB?
All suggestions and information is welcomed.

I have an IB torn down and ready to paint that i have taken a series of pictures. I will try to send several of the areas of concern. Also took a few at Penfield Ill las spring. Will e-mail you some. Warning "I am not a photographer". Yea, the batter was originally on the left fender front half. Seems to be a knee knocker. If you want original, thats the spot. If you want a couple better ideas i have some (not original).

A picture of a restored IB on the back cover of "Allis Chalmers Tractors" by Morland and Henshaw (ISBN 0-7603-0108-5) shows the battery box on the inside of the left fender toward the front (the driver could set a drink on top of it I'll bet).

Pictures on page 72 and 74 of "Allis Chalmers Tractors" by Wendell and Morland (ISBN 0-87938-628-2) show some of the routing you are interested in.
