Found a 190xt setting in weeds, tires bad ,grill bent, trans housing in front off rear end cracked ,fenders jacked up, motor loose, paint bad, been setting since mid 80s, whats it worth? Would it cost more to fix then worth? how hard to replace center housing?

When you put more money into a tractor than it's worth you then call it a learning tractor.

I am working on a WD that will end up costing probably about what I could have bought two running ones for. It is a hobby, fun project, not a for profit venture. And I like saving old tractors, well for that matter any old machine. If you have the time ( and you have to realize it can take years) and don't mind spending the money, go for it. If not maybe buy it anywan and sell it to someone who will use it for parts or rebuild it. Better than letting it rust into the ground.

Dann; This is what they call a parts tractor. I felt sorry for 2 JD-b's, an AC-b and AC-G. I've got more in each one of those "bargains" than you could buy a show tractor for! However, if it's pain and suffering you're into (like me) well.. I've enjoyed every minute of the parts hunt. And, you can kinda look at it this way, buying them cheap, doing a total teardown(this means even to the last item) you know what lurks behind the show winning paint job and you did it on the installment plan. It can add up! Good luck
