Just picked up an old AC forklift, runs and operates good. No I.D. plates on anything. This unit is small, 4000 lb cap. 4cyl OH valve. Can one of you AC guru`s help an old Red tractor guy figure out model, and A parts source? Many thanks! J.

see if there are any casting marks on the engine block. maybe a CE--- Maybe it has a date stamp, or serial number on the rear bellhousing lip? not much to go on now. Does it appear to be from the 1950-60 era. or do you think its much newer. does it have a mag or distributor? a picture would help. if not maybe some basic description of the block, manifold, valve cover.. You might also post on www.ibdozing.com those guys deal with construction equipment data
