My hand clutch has started popping out whenever I go down a hill. Does this mean it's worn out or is there a cure for this? The handle just goes forward of it's own volition sometimes even just hitting a bump.

The hand (transmission) clutch is adjusted for wear by removing shims from 3 adjusting points on the clutch assembly. This is done thru the access cover under the battery box. Your best bet is to invest in a manual for the details and the proper clearance specs.
