Some Assembly Pictures

This is a picture of the timing marks in proper alignment on my B engine.

The next picture is of the flywheel with the line marked CENTER at the point where you would see it through the inspection hole. You can see the top of the number one cylinder at TDC. You can also see the Line marked FIRE advanced or just below the CENTER line.

This is a picture to show the position of the magneto drive at Top Dead Center.

This picture is to show the reason that the bearings must be filed. It took .009 shim under each rod bolt to have the .002 clearance needed. You can see from the picture that without fileing the bearing ends you would crush those ends when torqueing and not get proper bearing clearance

The pictures were with a digital camera that I got a few weeks ago. I am still learning how to use it.

Week after next at Luckey Ohio. They are strict with the rules. No wheel weights, No brackets of any kind, They check RPM's, No 10% over on the RPM's. You have to set your tractor weight with fluid.
