I have a D14 which I have split to replace the oil seals on the transmission input shaft. There are two seals back to back on this shaft. I have successfully removed the first oil seal but I am having trouble removing the second one on the shaft. I have tried tapping screws into the seal housing, but the screws pull out without removing the seal. Does anybody have any good ideas on how to remove the second seal. Thanks in advance for your help.

I just replaced the seals on my D-14 when I put in a new clutch. I tried a slide hammer seal puller but that did not work. I simply used a small punch and keep working at destroying the seal and it eventually came out without any damage to the bearing retainer. Good luck whatever you end up doing.
