Model B needs front tires

I bought a 1938 AC Model B that I have been using for mowing about 4 acres. It has a 5' finish belly mower and it works pretty well, but the front tires are narrow, with a sharp edge tread design(cultivating tires?). They will tear up the sod if I turn to quickly when mowing. Do you have a suggestion where to get front tires and what kind I should use? I read somewhere that someone had success with using car tires on the front?? Any help appreciated.

I have heard a chevy 5-lug spare tires will work, (the bicycle tire, throw spare, etc.)

That is what I am going to put on my pulling CA

On the rims I got to thinking about the rims I said chevy-5 lug but I mint Ford 5-lug like off a newer ranger truck.

Have been using old (I think 5/50-15) volkswagon tires for years.

I use space saver spares. They are cheapest!
