Our CA's hydraulics were working when we first got the motor unstuck and started but now --nothing --I found 90wt oil in the transmission (should be 10 or 20 wt depending on temperature) so I drained it, filled with diesel to clean it out, then re-filled with 20wt oil. Still doesn't work. PTO and belt pulley are turning OK but no pressure at the pump outlet. I can turn the PTO by hand (when disengaged) and cannot feel any resistance from the pump cam followers. Any and all repair suggestions would be of help.

desiel fuel has additives in it and when you flushed the hydraulics, it probably took the seals out of the pump.

normally flush with 10 or 20 wt oil. drain and refill with 20 wt, or better is trans- hydraulic tractor fluid. you can even get it a Wal Mart or the local tractor supply stores. I would not think the seals went bad that quick, but maybe. are you sure it is getting oil supply? i would guess the heavy gear lube might not supply adequate lubrication and have damaged the pump before you drain it. if you take the hydraulic hose off and stroke vavle at low idle, do you get any oil at all out of system? if so, run out a cup full and see if it is full of air or 90 wt.

The diesel fuel was in the tractor for about 1/2 hour at most. I have tried removing the lines and nothing comes from the pump discharge at all. As I mentioned earlier, with the PTO disengaged, I can rotate the PTO shaft and feel only a very little resistance.
