Allis-Chalmers WD 1948 Model?

I have recently boutght an Allis-Chalmers WD model and was told that is was a 1950 model. I have done a little research on the Serial No. WD70140 and I think it is a 1948 model but am still not sure. It has a wide front end and a straight gear shift lever. It is in great condition if it is a 1948(smooth metal and clean).
I have been making some minor repairs, rewiring, etc. and preparing to paint. I am also looking for a manifold and stack. Would also like to know what horsepower it might be. If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it! Sincerely, Mark Puryear

Horsepower values for 1950 WD tractor:

gasoline engines;
34.63 belt, 30.23 drawbar

Distillate engines:

26.14 belt, 24.31 drawbar

Tests were #399 in 1948 for distillate fuel, #440 in 1950 for gasoline
