After my WD45 locked in gear, I took the shift cover off to see if I could find the malfunction. You guessed it, my first & second gear rail slid too far dumping the interlock plunger, interlock pin, spring & ball. I think I know that the spring & ball go in the hole below(with plate upside down) the rail, and I am guessing that the plunger goes in the horizontal hole toward the 3rd & 4th rail. If this is right, where does the pin go? I have an I&T shop manual, but the illustration is poor at best.
