Please torque to me about a B.

Head bolts - 60 ft./lbs.
Main bolts - 80 ft./lbs.
Rod Cap bolts - 40 ft./lbs.
Flywheel - 50 ft./lbs., then safety wire in pairs.

Tighten head bolts to recommended torque in three steps of 20 ft./lbs. Here is the text of the steps listed in my service manual:
"Use a non-setting type gasket cement on the cylinder head gasket. Tighten cylinder head capscrews evenly starting at center and working towards ends, as numbered on chart. Do not attempt to tighten one entirely, before proceeding to the next. Go over them several times. Tighten to 60 ft./lbs. torsion".
The chart shows #1 in the center of the side opposite the pushrod holes with #2 directly opposite. Standing on the same side as #1, #3 is one to the left of #1 and #4 is one to the right. #5 is one to the right of #2 and #6 is one to the left of #2.#7 is one to the left of #3 and #8 is one to the right of #4. #9 is one to the right of #4 and #10 is one to the left of #6. #11 is opposite #10 and #12 is opposite #9.

It will all make sense if you are looking at the head. Start at #1 and work outward in a spiral pattern.
