THe real aim of this message is to find out about the linkage. It has mid-mounted hydraulic linkage. There is a small ram on the left hand side of the driver and a hydrualic pump on the pto unit where the pully is. Implements are bolted onto the linkage with two chains to steady them.

Was this linkage factory fitted?
IS it made by Allis?
Is it very rare or common?
Will i be able to fit a mid-mounted mower on to this?

Thanks in advance for your help

sounds a lot like the factory mount for a belly mower. my certer linkage was a triangle piece of stell with the cylinder bolted to one corner, pivot on the second, and lift chain on the third. i think most were mounter on the right side, not the left. yea, you should be able to get about a 60 inch deck to go under it. the belt is really long and goes around a couple idlers under the axle around the pto pulley and around two or three blade spindle shafts.
