i might get the chance to buy a allis wd-45 with a loader it has the wide front end and from what ive been told its in ok condithion but i was wondering how much would be a fair price?

You didn't say where you are, but around here an "okay" 45 would start about $1000. Like always add for good mechanical condition, better tin and paint, good tires etc. A decent 45 with wide front and a #9 loader would bring up to $2500 here. John P.S. I think "okay", "good", "decent", "excellent" and "totally restored" are subjective technical terms to describe tractors that you have little other information on to describe what they possibly may actually be like. Of course I left out "parts tractor", "totally original" and "older restoration" from my evaluation standards. Maybe someone should make a glossary of these terms so we are all on the same page;-)

I am in the mid-western part of indiana. I recently purchased a WD45 for $1300. Recent paint and decals. Tin good but tires shot. Runs real good with no smoke and lots of power. Hope this helps!
