Just purchased an XT190/Gas tractor with a factory cab? and a westendorf loader. The last contact I've had with an AC is when I run my dads WD in the grove 30 years ago. So as you can see I'm a bit behind the power curve when it comes to AC. It looks like a good old work horse and it will be restored to show room condition as all the sheet metal is strait and intact. What I need from you folks is. What is this tractors good and bad points and what areas need to be checked for wear? i.e Hyd pump, differential, and so on and so forth.
Thanks in advance
Merle

Good horse contrary to what Roland is trying to imply. With a gas you should not have any rear end problems like they had with the diesel's. You may have a problem with the tranny poping out of third gear. I am not fond of cabs on tractors of that era as the were too noisy. should be a good horse for you especially with the loader.
Good Luck,
Pete Hinrichsen

probley should have asked those questions before hand, unless you got it for less than $100 dollars.

I bought it for the loader. The price was low enough as to when the owner shot me a price I said SOLD. Like I said earler. What are the good and weak points of this tractor.

Thanks again
Merle
