Well gentlemen Im not an orange guy yet until I have this thing figured out! The mag was off 180 degrees and the oil pump work fine since it was primed. This tractor starts and purrs like a sewing machine, but. When engine gets warmed upwater starts to come out of overfill tube and when revved up it really pours out! The engine acts like it isnt being cooled, oil seeps out the head gasket and it sounds like the oil is boiling when shut off thru the oil fill hole. Also water is not very hot and when the radiator cap is off water spurts out like theres air pressure. Water pump? Any ideas? you guys have really helped get me to this point and thanks. Andy, I think Steve is right in that the head gasket is bad. A cracked block will do the same thing. Yours is probally cracked too. I only have one AC without a cracked block. Don,t get upset when you remove the head and find cracks between each of the cylinders. My understanding is that it is very common. Usually a new head gasket and some radiator stop leak will fix it. Dick L. posted awhile back about a way to "Bolt" the block in order to keep it from getting worse. Check it out in the archives its interesting stuff! P.S. You might get a machine shop to make sure the head is not warped. Good Luck. Dale

could be that the water pump is not pumping water. if you had a clear radiator hose or look inside the top radiator tank you can see the movement of water??? I hate to say it , but i believe you have a bad head gasket and the compression gasses are blowing into the water jacket and pressurizing the radiator. Can also check the engine oil. Do you see any traces of water? Also pull the spark plugs. ARe any clear or very clean? If they are then that cylinder is buring a small amount of water. HEad gasket leak.
