I'm looking for a Hood for My 1940 AC-B. My son rolled the tractor into a stand of trees and luckily all that was destroyed was thw hood.

Its a good thing son didn't get hurt,the tractor hood can be replaced.I might have a hood .....will a hood off from roughly a 52' Allis C w/large exhaust hole fit?

I don't have a hood for you, but the RC, C and CA seem to all use the same hood. If you find a good one from a tractor without lights, I'd swap you straight up for one with light notches in the front edge. It's been primed and is ready for paint.
