I found a 1950ish AC. I am restoring a 1951 Farmall Super "C"
I know NOTHING about AC Its small, real small , about the size of a farmall Cub. It has 2 point hitch, live hydro, a blade and 5 impliments, all are original, (even the tires)exception is a 12volt conversion. I think it in very restorable shape. (by my standards)
The motor is siezed but besides that its so-so.
the guys want $1500 with EVERYTHING. Is it worth it or is a siezed motor a loosing battle?
And will I be able to find parts and manuals for it?
I love older small tractors. And anticipate getting my '51 super C done..... ..... ..Is the AC worth the challange at that price?
I can post a picture of it..... ..... ..for ref. and to help determine the year?

look by the transmission shift lever. There should be a stamped number, maybe starting with "CA". If not, look at the bellhousing mount to the engine block on the left side. May be a number stamped like D10---. This will tell you what model you have.

Sounds like a CA to me. It would be worth 1500 easy. The implements alone would be worth that in the right place. Manuals ands parts are easy to find as well. I'd say it's a good deal.

It sounds like a CA by your description. In Indiana they bring about $2000 in running condition without implements.
