problem;after getting my wd pulling tractor home last fall after our last pull,I parked it for the winter ,later I had to move it .When I started it up I didn't have any oil pressure. to make a long story short, the oil screen was collapsed, there was a slimmy goo totaly plugging it. Jammed the oil pump, wiped out the gear on the cam shaft. what would cause this? did a friendly loosing puller get to it? Question#2 will a wc cam work in the wd?

I think they are the same. lay them side by side and mike them.If it fits it will work. The cams could be a little different, I don't know about that, but if they fit, the engine will run.
