Heat to stuck piston

After reading the post about heating manifold bolts to get the rust loose, I want to ask for ideas on heating stuck pistons. I have been soaking a cylinder with Kroil for a month with no results. I thought maybe there was water in the cylinder on the rings to "float" the Kroil above the problem. So I cleaned the cylinder out and put the propane weed burner flame into the cylinder. Didn't get carried away with it because I didn't know what damage I could do.

Will this work and how hot can I get the piston and cylinder????? I'm still stuck!!!!!

Believe it or not, dump some vinegar down the cylinder and let it soak. A friends "other color" tractor had a stuck piston, and this and a BIG sledge were the only things that would loosen it.

You need something to "eat" the rust that's binding the piston from moving. Try PB Blaster. It has a catalyst that dissolves rust. I've heard that Coke will do the same thing but haven't tried it. I use both Kroil and PB Blaster but for stuck pistons, I'd go with PB everytime.

Use a wooden block (as close to the size of the piston as you can get) and a hammer to tap that piston every day or so. I should start moving within a week.

If not..... get a really BIG hammer, and.....

You can use marvel mystery oil too its seems to work alot or try some diesel fuel and burnt oil mixed together it works for me
