I am working on a AC B and it has NO electrics at all. We added the new torque tube to allow a starter. Therefore I need a wiring diagram that is as simple as possible that would use a gm one wire altenator to charge the battery. Obviously it would be12 volts.

Any ideas?!?!?!

I can't find much in the archives.

should not be too hard to make one. i have not see a new type drawing either.
I can send you a simple drawing. what are you installing?
lights? starter button or key? solenoid for starter, or switch on the starter terminal like the old "B"? single wire alternators from Delco are good, but remember they are for cars and boats that may run 3000 RPM. you may have to install a smaller pulley on it to get the speed up when you use on a old tracotor that only runs 1600 RPM. buddy had one and would not kick in untill you revved it wide open and started charging, then you could back off to mid throttle. Personally i use the same Delco alternator, but with the internal regulator charged from external source (extra two prong plug in addition to main power plug).

The most basic system I could have so the tractor starts and charges the battery. Lights are not important right now. The tractor has a magneto and NO existing wiring.
