WD fluids and amount

Have a WD that I am working. Did not run when bought, but a little gas and oil, fresh battery and what do you know runs good. Anyway the rear end fluid is very low. I want to drain all and put in new. First what should I use and how much does it take. It does have the two lift arms in the rear (diconnected) and a straight arm loader. Is there a filter for it also? Any information will help thanks all.

Jamie, there's been a lot of post about this but here goes. My manuals says 6 quarts of 20 wt non-detergent for the engine, same oil for the air cleaner and I put in about 5 quarts (same 20 wt)for the hydraulic system-it goes into the forward filler plug left hand side and has a dip stick. Do not overfill. The next two aft filler plugs are for the transmission and differential fill, which is the same compartment. It takes about 18 quarts of the the sulphurized gear lub, I think 80 or 90 wt EP but another manual I have says to use a non-deteregent oil. Fill this compartment up to the filler plug level. Put a about a quart of the the same 80/90 wt oil in the gear pans under the axle hubs for the final gear drive. Best thing I think, and you're going to need, it is to get a manual. I bought my operator's manual from Sandy Lake Impliment for about 7 bucks. They have lots of posts in this forum and have served me very well.

If I remember there are three drain plugs for the transmission and rear end.One is hard to see it is in the sheet metal cover on the bottom of the transmission above the drawbar hook up brackets.One is on the bottom of the PTO, the other back there somewhere, I don't remember.
