Can anyone tell me the model and approximate year of this Allis? I thought it might me a U or A but don't really know the ACs that well.

John,
Look on the edge of the radiator. If it is an A, there will be a diamond shape there with an A in the middle. The U did not have the diamond located there.

It was my Grandfathers from his farm. It has been abandoned out of the family for many decades and my Uncle who drove it for many years and I want to try and get it back home.

We are out here in Massachusetts. He used it mainly for haying and heavy utility chores. Grandpa died about 20 years back.

I am in R.I. Would love to look at your project sometime. Especially when you get it running,don't see many of those around. I am slowly working on a WD, but it has stalled as I have come on a lathe that is using some time to get set up, and I have a roof project comming up this summer too. As I said, progress on the WD is slow. Anyway, Go for it!!
