Rotary mower for G allis chalmers

I can buy a 42 inch rotary mower made by woods with mounting brackets for a "G" Allis Chalmers. Price includes mounting brackets, a so-so belt plus the pully that replaces the flat belt pully on the tractor (I already have the pully). Price is $275.00. Have not seen mower but owner says a coat of paint and would be in great shape. Is this a good or bad buy?

It's a real good buy, that is if it turns out to be what he says it is. If it needs paint is one thing but is it needs rust holes patched etc. Useually a WOODS 4-6' belleymower (as they are more commonly refered to, a rotary mower means a pull behind brush hog in most cases) brings at least $500 maybe $800 in good shape.
