Did WD's have front mounted culltivators like the WC? or were their cultivators all rear mounted snap couplers?

AC had front mounted cultivators all the way through the 190. On the WD/WD45 there is a pair of brackets that bolt on to the sides of the frame rail in the front and stick out past the front of the steering box. A 2" (?) square tube on the front of the cult slips into these brkts. It is a "drive in" design where the sides are then supposed to swing around to the tractor frame, and then 2 bolts on each side hold the frame to the tractor. The SC arm rams are then flipped over to lift the cult. If using a rear sweep bar in addition to cult. then 1 ram stays on lift arms and the other lifts cult. I ran a 4 row over many many acres growing up. After the first day you wondered if your shoulders and arms would ever be the same again from steering with all that extra weight. 2 and 4 row are fairly common. I have seen a factory(?) 8 row mounted on a WD45 diesel with factory power steering.

wd had front mounted with rear sweeps, usually 4 row.

Thanks for info. My WD has no mounting brackets like WC's had? WC had brackets with pins on fenders and slide-in brackets on front platform?
