I have a WD That leaks oil from everywhere and I want to fix it. The engine runs great. I need to tear into it to get to the gaskets and seals, so my Question is, Should I plan on doing anything else while I'm at it? Im a rookie at this stuff. Thanks, Ole

If you pull the engine to do the rear main, don't forget the front seal on the hydraulic reservoir (what would be the front tranny seal on a car or truck). It's a notorious leaker.

They all leak some, not worth tearing apart a good running tractor if the leaks are not really flowing oil. Some are easy, valve cover, hyd lines etc. Engine crank seals in the rear require you to pull the engine to do it right. I would say that if it runs great, clutches okay, tranny okay there is not much else to do with it, or worth the labor and cost to do.
