Could anyone please tell me what the compression ( in LBS ) for a C/A should be ? Also where is a good place to get sleaves and rings from ? Thanks for the help!!!

My book says 115 pounds.

115 lbs. is what the book says (thanks Nick) but you should estimate that anything over 80 lbs. is good enough to keep working. Below 80 lbs and you start burning oil, losing power and generally need to use what's left to drive it to the shop.
