D-15 series ll value

what is a series ll D-15 with power steering and three point hitch worth? Original paint[good] sheet metal[straight] and best has a completely new transmission, all new gears, pinion shaft,shifting collars and the high & low clutch locks up good. I seen this tractor all apart and now the dealer has it all together.

I just seen a series II D-15 (gas) with a factory 3pt, ran good, in average condition, and original paint, sell at auction for $4100. This sale was in south central MN.

well i hope this helps i have a 69 d15 seires 2 i just traded for it seems in good shape it also has a loader with forks i cleaned it up and did a few minor thing and i`m asking 3400.00 4 it i `m in alabama
