I'm in the same boat - the bearings in my left front hub went out. I've sent out several inquiries to some websites for a complete used front axle, but no responses. It seems the 5020 is kind of a rare model. Have you found any sources for any front end parts? I have purchased a shop manual and I can fax you copies of any pages if you like. I'm looking for a parts manual so I can get the part numbers for the bearings, but they run about $40.

Your nearest AGCO dealer should be able to get you the bearings. Or take the numbers - and the old ones - to a good bearings shop.

Casings are also available but expensive. Consider getting rebuilt at a good machine shop - a bit less expensive.

Redid both my front axles 2 years ago and everything works fine. Make sure you use 'locknut' liquid on all axle housing bolts. Make sure that you verify the axle to final drive housing free play - the big bolt on top of the final drive - frequently to make sure the seal there is tight.
