B Valve Rockers

My B has 8 valve rockers marked INTAKE. Four have a part number and four have Patent Pending on them. A number of them are worn at the valve tip, especially the two that were on the sticking valves. It also has what I believe to be the oil trough off a 60 All Crop that was under the pedestals.

1. Since I had the valves done, do I need the oil trough any more?
2. Is the only significant difference between intake and exhaust rockers the oil bypass notch?
3. If I grind down the rocker tips and polish them smooth, will they be OK? or do they need to be trued professionally? Or do the tips have to be replaced?
4. How much money am I looking at to replac the unit (the shaft is no prize either)?

If this was a small block Chevy I'd just replace them but I know that's not going to work here.

The exaust rocker being on the end you can see the difference in how they are pinched at the top. If this does not give you the information you need I will get a picture at the angle you need.
