I have just started restoring a 1950 AC model B and have several questions reguarding the electrical system on this ole gal.. This is my first AC restoration project. This B is a 1953 with a distrubitor and not a mag. It is missing most of the harness and the switches are all but gone. I was able to get all electrical parts for the distributer and coil re-build from John Brillman. I need too know, (1) where to get a wiring diagram and (2) where to get switches if avaliable. I make my own harnesses but need a road map to get there. Any help appericated.

should be the same as "C". see the link below from a few weeks back. The tractor si 6 volt positive ground. The only special switch is a headlight switch that includes a resistor to ground. The generator charges at 2 amps normally. With the light switch pulled out in one position it charges at about 10 amps. All the way gets you full charge and the lights turned on. The little box on the generator is a cutout switch. Its "G" terminal goes to the Armature terminal of the generator. The field terminal on the generator is connected to the light switch. Grounding it around the resistor in the light gives you full ground=full charge.
