I have frost that forms on the outside of the carb while it's running . What is the correction for this ??

Mine also did the same. I rebuilt it and made shure breather clamps were tight and it quit frosting up.

Mine does that too, but leaves after the engine gets up temperature

This is a normal happening for a naturally aspirated carburator engine. It is called carb icing in the world of aviation and caused many crashes until it was understood. Piston powered normally aspirated aircraft engines control the incoming air temperature to a point above which the icing will occur.
