Looked at a WC today sheetmetal is all straught and the engine is free. Owner say's he has never gotten it to fire up with him, has had starter checked, because he says when it is installed it will not spin the engine over. Said they could not find anything wrong with it. I was able to turn the engine by the fan blade today so it is not locked up. He said if you roll it off it tries to fire and it is getting gas. Three of the tires are about 60% and right rear will need replacing. What would it be worth. SN#WC 142871S, which according to my book is a 45 model. Thank's for any information on this. Buddy

What happens when you hit the starter? Does it spin, try to engage the flywheel or what? Are the battery cables hooked up right and well grounded?

Rick the starter was not installed when I looked at it yesterday, so I don't know what it does.Did notice that the cables are all in bad shape. Is this a positive or negative ground system?
