I'm heading into several rebuild projects for about three 'B' models and a 'C'. I've rebuilt many modern engines but have never attempted valve work. What is required to rebuild/seat valves, guides, etc.?

The guides just press out and ya press in the new ones. The seats take special machines to put in new ones, less the old completely cast head has had steel seat inserts installed some time, then you can punch them out and press in new ones. They still need to be tuched up with a valve grinding setup and matched to the valves. I don't have a valve grinding machine but do have a mandrel and 45 deg highspeed stone I tuchup seats if they don't need a lot of work. Mostly I shoot them over to NAPA.
