Thermostat wheel weights for D-17 sieres IV

can not get engine up to temp.{160}. old thermostat was made up of 3 pcs.The new one supplied by parts dealer is all 1 pc. Is there a converson kit of some kind? Parts dealer didn't know. Also, does anyone know where I could purchase wheel weights for a D-17 wide front{front & rear}? THANK YOU MERRY CHRISTMAS

Will the new onepiece thermostat fit? This may be just an updated replacement. Also the one for the gas is different from the diesel I think. You may just have the wrong one.
