I think Tyler's right on target. A couple of things to also take into cosideration is what else comes with it. Any implements? Does it have hydraulics, etc., etc. Just FYI, I picked up my '41 B with a 5' brush hog and sickle mower for $1,000. It had a couple of stuck valves from sitting out for a year but was otherwise pretty sound.

I've seen clean AC-B's with a sound motor go for around $1000. BUT - I also know that yuppie farmer wana-be's will pay two to three times that price if the paint is pretty and the decals look good.
