What is the cubic inch displacement of the 2800 and 2900 engines and there horse power ratings in tractors?

Carl, the 2800 & 2900 were both 301 ci. the 2800 could be gas, diesel or LP. The 2900 was diesel only. I'm not sure of the HP, but somewhere around 75-80 for the 2800, and 90-95 2900. Someone should know the exact numbers. Darrell(MN)

The 2800 engines ranged from 65 to 77 pto
horsepower while the 2900's were rated from 95 in
the 190XT. The same 301 was also used in the 649T
and 649TI with the highest output being 120 pto
horsepower in the 7020 and 150 engine horsepower
in the L2 Gleaner.
