My book say C was produced 1940-1950. Look at numbers cast just in front of gear shift for SN.
I think I have parts you need. Let me know.

Did that, starts off with a C then five numbers.Got other parts from different states, and ok. HOW WOULD I FIND OUT!

you can check out the year of your tractor at the following site.

the C began production in 1940 with serial # 1 and ended in 1950.

hope this helps with the serial # part of your problem.
