Did early WDs ('48s) have traction booster system? I can see the linkage from hydraulic pump to drawbar hookup on my '52 CA, but see no such linkage on a '48 WD I just acquired. The WD decals I got have among them the "traction booster" one that goes on battery box.... I think. This WD was within the first 8000 made.

All WD's came with the traction booster. There is a flat rod that runs from down by the hitch up to the hydraulic pump...but it may have been taken off.

Thanks, DanD. I suspected something was missing. I also assume WD's had large pressure spring too on front of snap coupler bell hook-up like what's on my CA?
