If it is blowing oil or has pressure at the dip stick/oil fill hole you have too much pressure and the vent line can be stopped up or plugged some how. Every time the piston travels down from top dead center, it creats pressure on the down strke. The oil beather line is to allow the pressure to vent into the carb and burn the vapors that come from the crankcase. Take the line loose and and run the engine and observe if any puffs of vapor comes out of it or take the oil fill cap off and observe. If you see vapor or feel puffs out of the vent and still have pressure you will have a blow by situation either caused by worn piston rings or excessive exhaust back pressure.
