Hydraulics on '52CA

Hi there; Don't know much about hydraulics. Bought a ca
six months ago with one quick coupler to the left
side of the seat. Can I run a front snow blade,
using this line to lift and lower the blade? I
think this is a one way system, if I am right the
weight of the blade returns it to the ground. Does
the PTO have to be engaged to use this quick coupler for pressure? Are one way pistons used?

Bryan yes and yes just make sure the rams you use are high psi rams the system works on a 3200 to 3600 psi.
