Can't get rim and wheel off WD

Got a WD with power adjust rims. Got right rear off no problem. Can not get the left one off for nothing. I've heated it, soaked it , beat on it. Nothing is working at all. Not even a sign of movement. I removed the bolts off there in the middle of the wheel. Any ideas, thanks.

If all else fails try loosing the bolts just a little and drive the tractor around putting just that side brake on and off. This will put alot of pressure on that rim. Make sure that the nuts are loose enough to allow the tire to work its way free BUT not so loose that it pops off. BE CAREFUL and go slow.

On one particularly difficult one, I had my brother-in-law pry on the wheel/tire with a 10' piece of 2" pipe while I pounded the center of the axle with a sledge. On another one, I put a 10-ton hydraulic jack behind the wheel (the wheel was set quite far out) and after I had put a lot of pressure on the wheel, I again pounded on the center of the axle with a sledge. In both cases I got the wheels off without a tremendous amount of trouble. Incidentally, I left two of the studs in the axle (turned out about 1/4") so the wheel couldn't pop off and cause me personal injury.

You might loosen the nuts and carefully rock the tractor a few feet each way, dusting the brake on the stuck side. Don't loosen much.

I would first jack up the tractor and block up very securely. Then I would remove the 8 bolts that holds the 4 castings that provide for the width adjusting . Also back off on each excentric bolts . This way the tire and rim should come off. Be careful as the loaded tire is heavy and awkward. This takes two people. Then I believe you can beat on the back edge of the wheel part that remains with a big hammer. Good luck and be careful. Don't knock the tractor off the blocks.

I have seta ten ton jack im the center of wheel fasten a chain across the jack from each side of wheel center loosen all lugs do not remove them apply pressure with jack at same time you can apply heat to center working slowlyyou should free the wheel BE CAREFUL HOT AND HEAVY IS THIS WORK GOOD LUCK Rod
